Update

• Added a new meta upgrade (health regen)
• Added a new bat enemy
• Added an anvil ability and its associated upgrade (anvil size)
• Increased the arena timer to 5 minutes
• Increased difficulty: The amount of enemies that spawn increases  every 30 seconds
• Fixed a bug where upgrade quantities were not incrementing properly
